  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass any access controls implemented by AVA Venture Studio.
     

  • Exploit the confidential information in any manner detrimental to AVA Venture Studio or its affiliates.

All intellectual property rights in the Platforms, including trademarks, trade names, service marks, trade secrets, and proprietary business models, remain the exclusive property of AVA Venture Studio. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any license or rights except as expressly set forth herein.
 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
 

All confidential information is provided “as is,” without representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. AVA Venture Studio disclaims any liability for reliance placed upon such information.
 

7. Limitation of Liability
 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AVA Venture Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your access to, use of, or reliance on the confidential information.
 

8. Indemnification
 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVA Venture Studio, its affiliates, officers, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your breach of these Terms.
